measures for the technology of the developed countries; that has resulted in coming up with an agreement about the commercial side of the intellectual property right (TRIPS) ,whose  extends to serval fields as the issue of the high technology transfer into the developing countries, In addition to the agricultural product, The drug is still the most boring socially and economically concerning the repercussions of the intellectual property rights accord related to the trade .The survey has confirmed that the (TRIPS) accord has imposed an unjust war on the pharmaceutical industries, considering
