deals with the symptoms of the Dutch disease in the Algerian economy\u060c where thelatter is among the economies with abundant natural resources\u060c especiallyoil resources\u060c wherethe level of oil revenues exceed 98% of the total fuel\u060c thisfact necessitated the creation of channels that can pump these resources in thepaths leading to Rehabilitation of the basic economic sectors while theliberalization of the Algerian economy from dependence on the hydrocarbonsector depends heavily on the available development alternatives and the valueof their revenues\u060c bysupporting the basic
